About the position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager at Alignment Health will lead and develop recruiting and sourcing programs aimed at delivering exceptional talent across various departments. This role involves partnering with internal recruiters and stakeholders to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization, and promoting DE&I initiatives through community outreach and career fairs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the sourcing program to include developing and implementing the organizational sourcing strategy
  • Understand sourcing techniques and philosophies
  • Build pipelines of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs
  • Develop and maintain current recruiting programs
  • Expand staffing resources to decrease time to fill
  • Prepare metrics to allow recruiters and hiring managers to make data-driven decisions for recruiting
  • Provide market research on hiring within the healthcare industry
  • Track and report on sourcing activities
  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn recruiter, social media, professional associations, internal ATS, Boolean searches)
  • Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators on scheduling and logistics
  • Implement and maintain recruiting programs and outreach initiatives to potential candidates
  • Maintain and enhance the current Employee Referral Program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of sourcing and pipeline generation experience
  • Experience networking, planning and attending job events
  • Experience working in recruitment agency or in-house corporate recruiter is highly preferred
  • Experience with Recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms is required
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
  • Able to resolve a wide range of issues in a creative way
  • Strong analytical and business communication skills
