Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Think creatively and strategically to target candidates in rural areas.
  • Adapt and learn quickly, with a strong willingness to develop new skills.
  • Transfer and maintain data from Excel to live Google Sheets.
  • Work with Management to consistently review and refresh ad postings.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including basic functions and data management.
  • Background in data entry; HR experience not required.
  • Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.
