This position is a contract to permanent opportunity, focusing on administering sourcing agreements, analyzing bids, and fostering supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer policies and programs aimed at providing contracted services and materials.
• Prepare straightforward sourcing agreements, ensuring minor modifications to our standard terms and conditions.
• Engage with the supplier community and industry analysts, fostering productive relationships.
• Analyze responses to straightforward bid requests, highlighting commercial differences and making concise recommendations to aid in supplier selection.
• Conduct negotiations successfully and lead or participate in sourcing project teams.
• Communicate sourcing strategy progress and results to supervision and management.
• Conduct industry analysis and evaluate supplier performance, providing market data to support supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing performance management.
• Participate in sourcing data analysis, forecasting, and planning, aiming to reduce the total cost of ownership.
• Develop new sources of supply, continually monitoring supplier performance.
• Uphold a high level of integrity in business dealings, adhering to corporate guidelines, legal, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
