About the position
The Sourcing Specialist for the Rapid Deployment Team at Reynolds American Inc. is responsible for executing the sourcing process in alignment with the approved category strategy. This role emphasizes compliance with procurement standards and involves performing spend and category analysis to develop actionable recommendations. The specialist will build strong relationships with stakeholders and utilize various procurement tools to manage projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sourcing process within the framework of the approved category strategy.
- Advocate for compliance with Group Procurement standards, policies, and platforms.
- Perform spend analysis and category analysis, developing recommendations for issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Utilize procurement tools such as Coupa, Power BI, and Tableau for project management and reporting.
- Manage special projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional business experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Experience with SAP and Contract Lifecycle Management applications (iCertis).
- Ability to work with eRFX applications (Coupa).
- Previous experience in an ERP software environment.
