The role also includes administrative responsibilities related to the Talent Acquisition process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract best-in-class candidates for clinical and professional positions.
  • Utilize social networking sites, job boards, and internal CRM to source candidates.
  • Attend job fairs and open houses to network and identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of talent for hiring departments.
  • Develop innovative strategies for attracting candidates.
  • Perform various administrative responsibilities related to the Talent Acquisition process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a search firm or in-house Talent Acquisition Team, or related experience through a college internship.
  • Experience sourcing candidates via social media and resume databases.
  • Proficient in cold calling candidates and conducting Boolean Searches.
  • Experience with CRM and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
