About the position

The Sourcing Specialist role is a project-based position focused on venue sourcing for corporate retreats. This position allows for flexible work hours and autonomy while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation with venues. The specialist will work independently but will also have the support of a dedicated team to assist with account management and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and preferences, ensuring needs are understood and met.
• Collect, analyze, and present venue proposals accurately.
• Negotiate contracts with venues and finalize agreements.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and address any client concerns.
• Document project timeline, deliverables and assemble full venue kit.
• Stay updated on industry trends and venue options to provide top recommendations.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

• Proven experience in sourcing travel for groups, account management, or a related field.
