About the position

The Sourcing Supervisor at Premise Health is responsible for leading a team that sources and screens healthcare professionals. This remote position involves strategic consultation with hiring managers, overseeing the requisition cycle, and implementing effective sourcing strategies. The role emphasizes providing an excellent candidate experience while meeting recruitment performance metrics and maintaining a talent pipeline to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and coordinates daily team activities and ensures workload is balanced.
  • Oversees the requisition cycle and proactively provides strategic consultation to hiring managers.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition and Operations Leadership to implement sourcing strategies and best practices.
  • Utilizes behavioral interviewing techniques, screens and/or interviews candidates, and provides recommendations regarding applicant consideration and candidate selection.
  • Partners with Recruitment Marketing Manager and third parties to create job-specific recruitment marketing materials and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Meets and exceeds recruitment performance metrics such as hires, days to hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Sources candidates using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Google.
  • Utilizes social media channels to attract talent including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Recommends new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent.
  • Maintains a talent pipeline to support organizational growth.
  • Provides a stellar candidate experience and develops strong relationships with candidates.
  • Attends networking events to source talent, including job fairs and professional conferences.
  • Develops knowledge of business lines and their competitive landscape.
  • Ensures accurate reporting and data management in talent acquisition systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience with a minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a heavy focus on candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing talent.
  • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing technologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean searches and X-Ray searches.
  • Strong social media skills for generating leads.
  • Experience with CRM and Recruitment Marketing systems and processes.
  • Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals.
  • Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, such as behavioral-based interviewing.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Avature preferred.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Experience with Office, Outlook, Chrome, and Windows 10.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills.
