About The Position

The Student Success Coach at Fort Wayne Community Schools is responsible for supporting students by serving as a liaison, organizing data, and planning engagement experiences. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance student success and participation in professional development activities.

Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license or eligibility for an alternative teaching credential.
• Two years of experience working with students or families in an educational or social service environment.
• Valid Indiana Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for students, businesses, and educational staff.
• Attend and participate in weekly administrative and Schools of Success team meetings.
• Help implement and maintain the 3DE Schools of Success initiative.
• Compile, organize, and analyze Schools of Success data.
• Support the planning and execution of student engagement experiences.
• Collaborate with various directors to establish job shadowing and internship opportunities for students.
• Lead the Student Ambassador program.
• Participate in interdisciplinary unit planning.
