About the position

The Southeast Management Trainee position at SRS Distribution Inc. is designed for individuals looking to build a career in the building, landscape, or pool distribution industry. This 9-12 month program offers hands-on training across various business facets, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources, with the goal of developing future leaders who can advance to roles such as Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or a similar major.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related work experience is required.
• Strong leadership qualities and a dedicated work ethic.
• Proven history of success in responsible roles, including experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong computer skills with capabilities in strategic thinking, organization, and time management.
• Willingness to relocate for training and promotions.
