About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at Trimteck, LLC is responsible for driving revenue growth in the Southeast region by managing sales channel partners, directly selling to strategic accounts, and developing effective sales strategies. This role involves significant travel within the territory and requires strong relationship management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and support Trimteck's sales channel partners within the territory.
  • Engage with existing and potential accounts to directly sell Trimteck control valves in non-exclusive territories.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
  • Travel within the assigned territory for face-to-face meetings with clients, distributors, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced control valve sizing, selection, and applications training is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in control valve sales management or a related field.
  • Proficient in sales strategy development, territory management, and managing sales channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency using CRM tools, such as HubSpot; MS Office Suite; MS Teams.
