About The Position
Ingersoll Rand's Power Tools & Lifting (PTL) business is looking for a transformational Human Resources Manager to support our Southern Pines, NC facility. This facility performs machining and assembly of power tools, as well as pumps for our Precision Science Technologies (PST) Business Unit. This role directly reports into the Senior Human Resources Manager, Americas PTL. We are seeking an inspirational, hands-on leader who can be a hands-on, transformational plant human resource leader to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies as well as effectively manage day-to-day HR tasks.
