About the position

The Spa Administrative/Personal Assistant at Zen Spa plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the spa while assisting the CEO with various administrative tasks. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. The assistant will work closely with the Esthetician and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups.
  • Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, such as phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized spa environment.
  • Manage day-to-day spa operations, including inventory management, vendor communications, and client bookings.
  • Oversee online orders, including packing and shipping.

Requirements

  • Experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
