Yellowstone Club's Health & Wellness department is currently seeking candidates for a Spa Concierge for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment dates are May - September. The purpose of the Spa Concierge is to provide professional, efficient, friendly and happy service for our Members and guests of Yellowstone Club, eventually enhancing, creating and realizing all revenue and profit opportunities.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one to two years in a public contact position.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to be persuasive with telephone sales skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge about different treatments, activities, and packages available.
• Experience in a spa or wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest.
• Maintain outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team Members.
