About the position

Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Spa Concierge (Part Time) to join our exceptional Spa Team. As the first true luxury hotel in the city and the only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, our 23-story tower features 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets, including The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining. The Spa Concierge will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service during their spa experience. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling spa appointments, checking guests in and out, and assisting with retail sales. Your duties will include greeting and welcoming arriving guests, issuing lockers and other supplies for guest use, handling spa billing, and demonstrating knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the high standards of our luxury brand. As a part-time position, you will need to be available for various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This flexibility is essential to meet the needs of our guests and ensure a seamless spa experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to all spa guests.
  • Schedule spa appointments and manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist with retail sales and demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments and facilities.
  • Issue lockers and other supplies for guest use.
  • Handle spa billing and ensure accurate transactions.
