Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with product demonstrations and provide information about services offered to encourage sales.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
• Support the team by supervising front desk activities during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
• Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information regarding client needs or concerns.
• Upsell packages and services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong upselling skills with the ability to promote products and services effectively.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for assisting customers with pricing inquiries.
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers accurately.
