About the position
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and provide the ultimate guest experience at our luxury resort spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing appointments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires a team player who is available to work on weekends and is committed to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide the ultimate guest experience!
- Greet all incoming guests, answer phones.
- Check in and out guests.
- Book and manage spa appointments for various treatments.
- Assist guests who are looking to relax and unwind or have sore muscles.
- Run and work a POS system.
- Assist with laundry.
- Help maintain overall spa cleanliness.
- Work effectively as a team player.
- Be available to work on weekends.
Requirements
- Experience working in a full service luxury resort spa preferred.
- Experience regarding appointment schedules and maintaining a clean environment.
- Applicants must be diligent and able to lift up to 50lbs.
