The Spa Attendant at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service within the spa and fitness facilities. This position involves greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all amenities are stocked and available. The Spa Attendant is responsible for guiding guests through the spa offerings and ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests, explaining spa facilities and offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa and fitness facility, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Restock linens and supplies in locker rooms and guest areas.
• Collect and launder dirty linens, ensuring all areas are sanitized throughout the day.
• Assist guests in understanding the spa menu and upsell products as needed.
• Help staff with lifting and storing equipment and furniture for special events.
• Report any incidents or accidents to the Spa Manager.
• Demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Six months of guest service experience required.
• Basic computer experience and familiarity with office equipment.
