About The Position

As a Spa Manager at Estancia La Jolla, you will assist the Spa Director in managing all Spa Operations to ensure smooth operation and outstanding guest service while maintaining financial profitability. This role involves overseeing various areas including the spa, fitness, pool, and recreation areas, while building and managing effective teams to meet company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a hospitality or recreation industry compatible major desired.
• Three or more years of experience as a manager or supervisor in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Spa Operations and general health and sanitation codes required.
• Possess strong knowledge of luxury Spa management, hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to lead and coordinate staff in a high volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification desired.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Prepare schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
