About the position

Our Spa Manager will execute the day-to-day operations of a high volume spa, along with specific assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Learn about our products and services for effective, clear communication
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering and reporting
- Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa
- Oversee training of staff
- Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff
- Oversee implementation of corporate protocols.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years management experience
- Experience in retail or in the health and wellness industry
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm
- Capability to work flexible hours, specifically nights, weekends (Sundays) and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
- Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
- Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplining
