About the position

All is Well Holistic Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Director to oversee operations, drive profitability, and enhance guest experiences in a luxury wellness environment. The Spa Director will manage a team of over 30 service providers and ensure the spa operates independently while achieving financial targets and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the spa's financial success by increasing profitability and driving revenue growth.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 30+ service providers while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
• Oversee a spa with annual revenues of $1.5 million or more, with a proven history of exceeding financial targets.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to scale and expand a wellness spa.
• Run the spa autonomously, allowing the owner/founders to remain hands-off.
• Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a high-revenue spa, ideally in a luxury setting.
• A strong track record of driving profits and successfully scaling a spa or wellness business.
• Proficiency in Meevo POS and experience in managing budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• A passion for wellness, exceptional client care, and team development.
