Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within the spa, salon, and barber shop to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Uphold all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
  • Provide timely and professional resolution of any guest-related concerns.
  • Maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service.
  • Monitor Spa appointment book and retail areas to maximize all revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two (2) years of supervisor/managerial experience.
  • Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
