Responsibilities

• Promote and sell gift cards and upgraded services
• Efficiently manage the spa's computer system
• Demonstrate knowledge and educate clients about all spa services, products, and policies
• Schedule appointments over the phone and in person
• Attend and actively participate in general and team meetings
• Maintain a tidy and aesthetically pleasing front desk area
• Provide courteous spa tours

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is essential
