About the position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic Spa Team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, as the Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering the spa. The ideal candidate will possess excitement and dedication to serving our guests, understanding that satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many. As a Spa Receptionist, you will welcome guests and handle all inquiries with a thorough knowledge of treatments, products, and services offered, as well as pricing. You will be responsible for scheduling treatments to maximize the use of time within the treatment schedule. Anticipating, customizing, and servicing guests' needs before they are asked is a key part of this role, and you will need to be knowledgeable about all available menu options to provide the best possible experience. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for providing outstanding service. The Spa Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for during their visit to the spa.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the spa and handle all inquiries.

Requirements
- One to two years' experience working in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to be a quick problem solver.
- Work authorization in the United States.
