About The Position

MassageLuXe is seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals for an entry-level position focused on providing exceptional customer service and sales in a spa environment. The role involves greeting clients, promoting services, and building client loyalty while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Employees will have the opportunity to learn about spa services and products, sign up clients for memberships, and contribute to grassroots marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Must consistently maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Customer service-focused with effective communication skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights (until 8pm) and weekends.
