About the position

The Spa Receptionist role at our beauty and spa center in Winston-Salem, NC, involves providing excellent customer service and support to guests as they arrive and depart. This position is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a focus on professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they walk in and leave.
• Stay at the front desk to assist with guest traffic.
• Checkout guests on the register after beauty services are completed.
• Answer basic phone inquiries regarding business hours, prices, and services.
• Respond to guest questions in person about services offered.
• Assist with mild cleaning tasks at the end of the day, including sweeping.
• Provide excellent customer service while following company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain professional behavior and respect towards guests and coworkers.
• Help reset rooms after services are completed, including cleaning chairs and countertops.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
