About the position

The Spa Sales Associate at Massage Heights Irvine is a part-time role focused on selling membership contracts to guests. The position requires a proven sales history and the ability to engage with customers effectively to encourage repeat visits. The associate will work a predictable schedule, primarily in the evenings and on weekends, and will be responsible for meeting sales quotas while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistent monthly sales by enrolling prospective members in massage wellness programs.
• Manage the customer experience from beginning to end.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests.
• Maintain high standards for customer service.
• Answer phone calls, make appointments, and greet members and guests.
• Sell retail products and memberships.
• Exceed performance goals by converting prospects to members.
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing and member maintenance.
• Perform data entry for client records and surveys.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Help with laundry during busy times.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• History of consistent and extended work experience with references.
• Transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma required; college experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Zenoti software is a plus.
• COVID-19 vaccinations are a plus, but not required.
