About the position

The Spa Sales Specialist at Contour Spa is responsible for providing exceptional cryo treatments and services while promoting wellness and body contouring. This role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring their satisfaction through personalized services and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of cryo treatments, including cryo-slimming, cryo facials, and pain management.
• Assess client needs and customize treatments to ensure the best possible experience.
• Track client progress throughout their journey.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Educate clients on services, products, and wellness techniques.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Communicate with prospects, clients, and appointment setters daily.
• Maintain sales KPIs/weekly and monthly goals.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Consultative sales experience required.
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for wellness and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Self-motivated nature with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
