About the position

The position involves overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing exceptional service to guests. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and counsel associates, manage group reservations, and meet budgetary goals while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to consistently.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide direct service as required.
• Sell, conduct, and maintain group reservations and bookings for spa appointments.
• Meet and exceed budgeted goals and gross operating profits.
• Conduct regular scheduled meetings with department heads.
• Support Spa Director/Manager and other department heads to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete reports, inventory, retail, and projects as assigned and on time.
• Maintain excellent staff recruitment and coordination between departments.

Requirements

• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong facility and safety awareness.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computational and computer skills required.
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis capabilities.
• Ability to supervise subordinate staff and evaluate service.
