About the position

Recharge Lounge Holistic Wellness Center is seeking Spa Techs and Hair Braiders to provide non-invasive aesthetic treatments and hair braiding services. The Spa Tech will assist with body contouring and various rejuvenation treatments, while the Braiding Stylist will focus on protective braiding styles. Both positions emphasize client interaction and creating a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform natural non-invasive body contouring, EMS Sculpt & rejuvenation treatments
• Provide hair braiding services with little to no tension on clients' hair
• Conduct client consultations for first-time clients, assessing their goals and recommending customized treatment plans
• Take clients' before & after photos
• Build rapport with clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere and an outstanding experience
• Review client goals & progress, recommending additional treatments & adjustments when necessary
• Keep detailed and specific client charts that are frequently updated

Requirements

• Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop deep rapport with clients
• Experience being hands-on with clients (CNA/GNA, LPN, RN, massage therapist, aesthetician, hairstylist, cosmetologist, etc.)
• Experience educating customers about treatments and products
• A positive and welcoming demeanor
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent time management skills
