About the position

The 3PL Logistics Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through processes such as devanning, transloading, and picking and packing. This role requires strong leadership skills, logistics expertise, and a customer-first mindset to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also need to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with international vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse processes, including devanning and transloading.
• Plan and coordinate trucking and container movements to and from the port with partner carriers.
• Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment that complies with safety standards.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including temporary and seasonal workers.
• Schedule and manage labor to meet operational demands while controlling costs.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork among warehouse personnel.
• Arrange trucks and other modes of transport for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work closely with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries.
• Resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or missing inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese is required.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
