Responsibilities

• Utilize accounting software to maintain and manage financial records efficiently.
• Conduct double entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filings as required.
• Generate detailed financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with private equity partners to provide necessary financial insights and reports.
• Conduct technical accounting analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools for efficient record management.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with technical accounting standards and practices.
• Experience in double entry bookkeeping methods.
• Understanding of payroll systems and processes.
• Knowledge of private equity accounting practices is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills for clear and concise financial report writing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with GAAP (3 years preferred).
• CPA certification (preferred).
