About the position

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to resolve discrepancies and issues that may arise with vendor accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate payment processing in collaboration with sites, vendors, and other departments
  • Resolve any vendor issues and discrepancies
  • File invoices and maintain vendor files
  • Work with and maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Reconcile statements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated accounts payable experience required
  • Avid/MRI/Yardi experience preferred
