About the position

The Real Estate Administrative Coordinator position is designed for a dynamic and organized individual who will support a team of high-achieving real estate brokers in Spokane. The role focuses on enhancing client experiences through effective system management, agent communications, marketing support, and overall office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Document, improve, and facilitate systems for sellers, database management, and office operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Contact agents weekly to provide updates, discuss home-selling strategies, and address any questions.
  • Develop and implement marketing materials, coordinate open houses, and manage marketing systems to maximize visibility for listings.
  • Monitor team goals versus results and keep team members accountable for exceeding performance targets.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring everything is organized, up-to-date, and aligned with high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a love for order, processes, and systems.
  • Professionalism and accountability, operating with integrity and meeting deadlines consistently.
