• Receive referrals and gather pertinent information for admissions.
• Verify information and complete necessary procedures to schedule and admit patients.
• Play a key role in the referral process and compile/input statistical information into hospital systems.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience with hospital admissions procedures and regulatory guidelines for admissions preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• One or more years of clinical experience and a strong understanding of multidisciplinary levels of care preferred.
