About the position

The Advertising & Affiliate Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth for PSA by building partnerships with third-party advertisers and managing the affiliate marketing program. This position focuses on generating non-grading revenue through advertising contracts and acquiring new grading customers through affiliate partnerships. The role involves strategic planning, execution, and collaboration with various teams to optimize advertising strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an outbound strategy for monetizing omnichannel advertising surfaces through third-party advertising contracts.
  • Identify, pitch, and close advertising deals with relevant partners and brands.
  • Negotiate terms of advertising contracts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Oversee the management of ad space, including email, magazine, and editorial placements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure seamless advertising delivery.
  • Track and analyze ad sales performance, providing detailed revenue forecasts and reports.
  • Assist in managing and scaling the PSA Affiliate Program to drive new grading customer acquisition.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliates and content partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and provide conversion optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze data to measure affiliate performance and generate reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in field marketing, growth marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing programs and generating revenue.
  • Strong background in selling advertising space or contracts across print and digital channels.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large-scale affiliate marketing programs and optimizing for performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with marketing analytics and finance.
