Responsibilities

  • Assist the Agency Administrator in maintaining daily operations of the agency.
  • Act as a resource for clinical and non-clinical personnel to ensure availability of equipment and support.
  • Facilitate the delivery of services in accordance with agency standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two (2) + years of college in business-related curriculum preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a home health or healthcare facility in a clerical role, preferred.
  • Two (2) years office experience, preferred.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation in written communication.
  • Typing speed: minimum of 50 WPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
