About the position

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, project managers, and owners of medium to large construction firms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Leverage existing connections to identify and secure new opportunities within North American clusters.
  • Facilitate meaningful conversations, both casual and professional, to break the ice and establish long-term trust.
  • Drive the sales process, ensuring transactions are closed within the first 6 months while supported by our transition program.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HVAC sales or the construction industry.
  • A strong portfolio of existing relationships within the industry, with a proven ability to connect with decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, able to conduct professional and casual conversations seamlessly.
  • A relationship-focused approach to sales, with the ability to align client needs with our solutions effectively.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of delivering results in a commission-based structure.
