Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and ensure adherence to client and company policies.
• Conduct timely patrols and check on posts/sites and officers within the assigned region.
• Evaluate situations and determine the best course of action using excellent judgment.
• Promote professional interactions and foster positive relationships with employees and management.
• Respond to, handle, and report incidents effectively.
• Cover open posts when needed and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possession of a CA state issued Guard Card.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience managing 50+ individuals.
• 3+ years of private security experience or prior military/law enforcement experience.
• Knowledgeable in general security industry standards and methods.
• Thorough understanding of standard operating procedures and life-safety protocols.
• Experience with Silvertrac or similar tour tracking programs is preferred.
• Excellent time-management and task prioritization skills.
• Strong technical writing, presentation development, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Possession of OC spray, handcuff, baton, and CPR certifications.
• Experience in a leadership role within the security industry.
