About the position

The Assistant Community Association Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Community Association Manager by ensuring efficient daily operations and effective communication with Homeowner's Associations. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, compliance with HOA documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone and e-mail
  • Maintain spreadsheets
  • Maintain files for HOA department
  • Conduct property inspections as needed
  • Perform site visits in various weather conditions

Requirements

  • Related experience and/or training in Association Management or Property Management
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HOA Management Software
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of association management experience (required)
  • 1 year of property management experience (required)
