Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the café.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail, hospitality, or food service industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
