About the position

The Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) at Cintas is responsible for providing route service to a designated customer base, focusing on the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products. This role operates on a 4-day workweek, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base through the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products.
• Lift, carry, and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day.

Requirements

• Meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Possess a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude, along with ambition, organization, and service spirit.
