About the position

HealthSource Chiropractic of Chanhassen is seeking a high-energy and friendly Associate Chiropractor to join their fast-paced clinic. The role focuses on providing comprehensive chiropractic care and progressive rehabilitation to help patients recover from pain and improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to engage with the community, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical operations of the clinic
• Perform community outreach
• Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
• Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients
• Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions
• Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary
• Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics
• Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care
• Provide a recommended course of treatment
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated
• Patient chiropractic care and education
• Building positive doctor-patient relationships
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
• Recommend and explain details of the care plan

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with therapeutic modalities such as progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics
• At least two years of experience in chiropractic practice
• Experience owning a chiropractic practice
