About the position
The Associate position at Corpay is a contractor role focused on leading analytical projects, managing client communications, and driving growth within the firm. The role requires a blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities to guide junior team members, deliver quality project outcomes, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytical thought process and delivery on projects, providing guidance to junior team members.
- Identify value creation areas and evaluate predictive models and algorithms.
- Pressure test approaches and ensure quality control.
- Own client communication and project delivery, liaising with client team members and making presentations.
- Serve as the go-to person for one or more projects.
- Drive the growth of people and the firm by being involved in hiring activities and leading internal R&D projects.
- Identify internal innovation areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology and/or Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in Analytics or Data Science from a top institute/university.
- Skilled in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R (open-source language), SAS, etc.
- Experience in recruitment drives, learning and development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and interact with global stakeholders (internal and external).
- A curious person with a drive to solve business problems and a solution-oriented mindset.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with humility.
- Highly collaborative in nature with the ability to drive excellent relationships.
