About The Position
The Associate Director of Learning Experience Design (LXD) at Stanford's Graduate School of Business (GSB) is responsible for leading a team of learning experience designers to enhance the teaching and learning experience for faculty and students. This role involves managing the design and implementation of innovative learning projects, collaborating with faculty, and developing resources to support pedagogical goals. The position emphasizes creating a positive team environment and driving the strategic vision of the Learning, Design, and Technology (LDT) team within the Teaching and Learning Hub (TLH).
