Requirements

  • Excellent communication, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask required.
  • Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and verbal communication with current and potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting.
  • Help prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approval.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for management approval.
  • Prepare capital calls and distributions for management approval.
  • Coordinate the delivery of capital call and distribution notices to clients and investors.
  • Prepare and review correspondence with client investors to address inquiries as needed.
  • Manage client investor portals.
  • Coordinate and complete special projects as directed by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
