About the position
The Associate Service Advisor role at Crash Champions involves optimizing repair estimates and providing exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle repair process. This position is crucial for educating customers on repair procedures, insurance processes, and ensuring that the organization meets its profit benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to achieve profit benchmarks.
- Educating customers on the vehicle repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
- Providing estimates that support the organization's DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
- Finalizing total loss administration.
- Reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers to provide personal, trusted service.
- Greeting customers by phone or in-person and educating them about the collision repair process, including insurance claims information and payment procedures.
Requirements

- Commitment to a 7-9 month program completion.
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Ambition and proactive engagement in learning.
- Observing all areas of the location and asking questions.
- Completing all required training including assignments in CYOU and I-CAR.
- Completing a weekly tracker through the end of Stage 2.
- Writing as many estimates as possible.
