About The Position
The Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions is responsible for examining damaged vehicles and efficiently planning the repair process. This role involves performing quality repairs while maintaining on-time status and making decisions on whether to repair or replace parts based on safety, cost, and cycle time. The technician will also supervise apprentices and participate in safety meetings.
