As an Auto Glass Technician at Glass Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while performing auto glass installation and repair services. Responsibilities

• Install auto glass products for domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete calibrations on vehicles with ADAS safety systems.
• Perform rock chip repairs.
• Address other auto glass-related tasks as needed.
• Provide top-notch customer service and explain services to customers effectively.
• Collect payment from customers for the work performed.

Requirements

• One year or more of auto glass installation experience, with flat laminated glass cutting experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and digital software.
• Verification of prior job experience via reference checks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with customer satisfaction surveys and Google reviews.
