About the position

The Babysitter/Kids Klub Attendant role involves providing compassionate and responsible care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will engage children in educational and fun activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. This part-time position requires a commitment to fostering children's development through play and learning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and bathing as needed.
• Assist with homework and educational activities for older children.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Implement routines that support children's daily schedules, including nap times and meals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in daycare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred.
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and child development principles.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively.
• Certification in First Aid or CPR is highly desirable.
• Ability to educate children through engaging activities that promote learning.
• A patient, nurturing demeanor with a passion for working with children.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate family needs.
