About the position

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible nanny/babysitter to provide exceptional care for our child in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and a genuine love for working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage children in fun and educational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
• Provide infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, and nap supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare or babysitting roles.
• Knowledge of infant care practices and toddler development stages.
• Ability to create engaging activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills when interacting with children and parents alike.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferably CPR certified.
